REFUND POLICY
A Legal Disclaimer
All bookings with our music group require a mandatory, non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit ensures our availability and covers initial preparations. Refunds will only be issued if the group is unable to attend or perform due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. Any issues or cancellations arising from the client’s side—including but not limited to venue complications, weather, event cancellations, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts—will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. We are not responsible for changes outside of our control, and the deposit will be retained in such cases. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice, and while the deposit remains non-refundable, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date based on our availability. By booking with us and submitting your deposit, you agree to this policy in full.
